Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Dominykas Remeika, trading as Quizzable (“we”) about your use of Quizzable. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site

The site is written for adults. You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

What the site offers

Quizzable offers free quizzes for enjoyment and general knowledge. There are no accounts, no prizes and no rewards. Your progress and scores are stored only in the browser you play in, and restarting a quiz clears them. We may add, change or remove quizzes at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a person reading and answering questions. You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to load pages or interact with advertisements.
• Click, view or interact with advertisements to generate revenue or costs rather than out of interest, or ask others to.
• Copy quizzes, questions, explanations or images for republication, or scrape the site at scale.
• Interfere with the site, probe its security, or try to reach parts of it that are not offered to visitors.

We may block access from any source that breaks these rules.

Content and ownership

The questions, explanations, illustrations and design of the site belong to us or are used under license. Sources are named beside each explanation, and image credits and licenses appear beside each image. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to it freely. Any other use needs our written permission.

Accuracy and corrections

We work to make every answer and explanation correct, and we cite our sources, but we cannot promise the site is free of errors. The quizzes are for enjoyment and are not advice of any kind. If you find a mistake or a credit that needs attention, tell us through the contact page.

Advertising and other websites

Advertising pays for the site. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and we do not endorse the products or services they show. Ads and sources may link to other websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and your dealings with them are between you and them.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why. The privacy choices page lets you opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and, where the GDPR applies, change your cookie choices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

If your breach of these terms causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email us and give us thirty days to resolve the matter with you. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought in the courts located in Lithuania, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms stops either of us from using a small claims court.

Changes and ending access

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when they are posted with a new effective date, and using the site after that means you accept them. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time, including for a breach of these terms.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email us with the location of the content, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement that you believe the use is not authorized. We respond to complete notices promptly.

General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a successor who takes over the site. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
